Children's Dental Health

Healthy teeth are an important part of healthy bodies. Our Dental Clinic staff provides exams, treatment, cleanings, and emergency care for financially eligible children. We take children up to age 21 who are enrolled in Medicaid or NC Health Choice; pregnant women with a Medicaid card; and children who have applied for Medicaid or NC Health Choice, but were declined, whose parents can pay a reduced fee at time of service.

Please call our offices for more information about these fees.

Limited orthodontic services for patients with Medicaid only are available. We have two locations.
In Greensboro, our clinic services are in the Guilford County Department of Public Health Chandler Dental Clinic at 1103 West Friendly Avenue. To make an appointment or for more information, call 641-3152.

In High Point, our clinic services are in the Guilford County Department of Public Health facility at 501 East Green Drive.  To make an appointment or for more information, call 641-7733.
