It’s Back to School Time!
Last week, we began a series of special Tdap vaccination clinics for rising 6th graders and others who are required to receive the vaccination per state law. The clinic schedule is as follows:
August 9th, August 14th, August 23rd, and August 28th 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the 501 E. Green Drive, High Point location.
August 7th, August 16th, August 21st, and August 30th 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the 1100 E. Wendover Avenue, Greensboro location.
August 11th 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 501 E. Green Drive, High Point and 1203 Maple Street, Greensboro locations.
The vaccination will be provided at no out-of-pocket cost to parents however, parents should still bring their health insurance card with them to the appointment. An appointment is required and can be made by calling (336) 641-3245. This line will accommodate both English and Spanish speakers. Appointments are also available 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. any weekday (except holidays) in our general immunization clinics. Please help us get the word out about these clinics.
