Guilford County Facilities provides general and mechanical maintenance for all County-owned facilities to ensure a safe environment for the citizens of Guilford County and its employees. We also as oversee maintenance contracts, special maintenance projects, lawn/grounds and janitorial services for all County-owned and occupied facilities. Our department also provides mail services to County facilities, is Court liaison to ensure General Statute requirements are met, installs/maintains all County road signs and manages over 2,000 county parking spaces in Greensboro and High Point.
