Guilford County Commercial Investment Grant Information and Adopted Policy
NOTICE:
In October 2011, the Board of County Commissioners voted to rescind the Guilford County Commercial Investment Policy effective January 1, 2012. Applications will not be accepted after December 31, 2011.
The Commercial Investment Policy adopted by the Guilford County Board of Commissioner is now available here.
Anyone interested in seeking a commercial investment grant from Guilford County must obtain and complete an application. See applications below.
